All safari bookings require a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your safari start date.

Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received and an official confirmation is sent.

Accepted payment options include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal where available.

Prices are shown in the package currency unless otherwise stated.

60+ days before departure: full refund minus administration fee.

30-59 days before departure: partial refund as per booking terms.

Less than 30 days before departure: non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Unless explicitly excluded, packages include accommodation, guided activities, listed meals, and standard park/conservancy access fees.

International flights, visas, travel insurance, gratuities, and personal expenses are excluded unless included in writing.

Safari travel involves inherent risk. Reasonable safety measures are followed, but wildlife behavior and environmental conditions cannot be guaranteed.
